So summer is ACTUALLY here and it really doesn't feel like it. The end part of this week has been really relaxing! I pretty much did nothing on wednesday and thursday. Then yesterday I went to school for yearbook (LAST TIME EVERRRRR!), and then I went to CPK with Mrs Cortes and our Bible study group! It was fun! Then I went home and soon after, went to BJ's for dinner! All I had was pizookie...hehehe.
Today was so tiring! But oh so much FUN! It started far too early at 7:00.... when I got up. I then went to the church in Torrance that i am at alot.... and helped with "Family Fun Day". I did not want to go but I was so happy I did! There was this water slide (like a bounce house style one), everyone came with swimsuits and stuff.... but not me! I wasn't the only one who wasn't prepared...... I saw someone else go down in jeans and a t-shirt so.... I figured, why don't I? Thus I raced some kids down and got SOAKING wet. Jeans don't exactly dry too good either! It was insanely fun! So then I had to drive home soaking wet! Haha. I had to leave early so that I could go with my family to a birthday party. It was for 2 people who we spend Christmas/Thanksgiving/Easter with. The kids got kicked outside to eat because there was not enough room inside.... it was fine by me! After dinner we hung out upstairs in the bedrooms and then went outside and had so much fun! We played basketball, it was me, a 13 year-old girl, and her younger sister vs a huge guy who i love to death and a small little 4th grade girl. The game was interupted by people leaving and the score was 9-5..... we were losing. How does a 3 person team lose to a 2 person team??? Haha...we sucked. It was so much fun though! We all got hot and sweaty which wasn't good but it was all worth it!
Only 4 days till NZ now! I am so excited! One of my best friends is going to meet us at the airport with my aunt which I am so excited about! I havent even started packing yet....oops. But I am so excited!
Okay.....now I have to go learn like 10 Bible verses so that I can go to camp for 20 bucks. Whoopee! It'll pay off though. =]

my foot hurts! i dropped a can opener on it! =/ owww!!! okay anyways..... this past week has been fun. on saturday, we had a birthday celebration for all the may bdays (and 1 june one) in our family. it was fun. on sunday i went to the aquarium with my sister, brother, brothers friend, and dad. it was fun. i enjoyed hanging out with my family. school has been the same as usual. only 1 week + 2 days left!!! insaneness!! on wednesday, mom, my sister and I went shopping before she left. we went to LB towne center. i havent spent time with my sister without my brother before. wierd i kno. but it was really fun. i was sad when she left..... it was fun having her around. yesterday was my grandads 92nd bday! so we went to Khoury's. it was so pretty! we had a table looking out a window at the water and the sun was setting! so beautiful! today was good. it was multicultural fair. i didnt wanna do it but i knew i should. it was fun! i got out of YB and bible! =] today i realized how much i LOVE hugs! that was random but w/e. so my brother and his friend came back frm vegas tonight. they leave tomorrow. =[ we were standing outside and i decided to try and stand on my heels and jump. its hard! and i looked like an idiot doing it! but it was fun! my brother decided that b/c i did that, i am a nincompoop. =] so yeah... im gonna post some pics!

So for Bible... we had to fast from something. I chose to fast from the internet for 5 days. It wasn't hard but now i have stuff to update about!
The "biggest" thing that has happened since my last post... was that my brother (Drew), sister (Keri), and my brother's friend (Mimi) arrived here last friday. We went to Hof's Hut for dinner on friday after they arrived. Then on saturday, my parents, grandad, and I went down to the place were they are staying. It is kinda by Naples, and RIGHT on the beach! it is amazing! It was a lot of fun getting to catch up with my siblings and stuff. We hung out some more on sunday and monday too.
Chapel last week was also amazing! A guy named Nick came and talked. The thing was..... he had no arms or legs! He was the most inspirational speaker i have ever heard! He also got an amazing response from our school! I saw someone go forward that day who has previously told me that they were not a Christian. Seeing them go up totally made my day.

i know... its been super long since i posted! a lot has happened! =] i need to post pics but i cant right now. anyways...
so last weekend was JSB. i had a lot of fun! it was kool to hang out with mis amigos and get dressed up and stuff. so that was fun!!!! this past week was the first week of block scheduling! i absolutely LOVE it! wednesdays are amazing! chem, bible, and history! not THE most amazing classes but still kinda good. AND we get out at 2:00!! yeyah!! that was a blast! thursday was alright. YB was actually kool for ONCE! but yeah it was fun. i hurt my back on thursday which sucked... so i couldnt go to kids club. =[ it was sad. then on friday.... THE SPECIAL OLYMPICS!!! that was kinda fun! me and kamille had a girl named Amy! she didn't talk so it was kinda hard to communicate but we did okay. we shot hoops, kicked a soccer ball, and ran with her! it was fun! today: i took the SAT. t thought it was harder than last time and i dont think i did as good. BUT.... I NEVER HAVE TO TAKE IT AGAIN!!! WHOOHOOO!!! more news: on may 12, my amigo from AZ is comin out here b4 he heads off to the marines!! yay!! i am so excited!! andd.....my big brother and sister are coming on may 15!!!!! yay!!! so yeah.. thats my update! ill post pics sometime. =]
